Very pleased with the flower arrangement that I sent my daughter! I spoke with a very nice lady named Michelle, I looked up flower shops in Springfield and came across this Magnificent place. Michelle made some suggestions of different flowers they have currently and I went with a beautiful Spring arrangement for my daughters Birthday ❤️ I had mentioned Lily’s and they made such a beautiful arrangement that it inspired me to write a very pleased and Happy customer review! I don’t live in the area and made me feel good because, of the level of professionalism and attention to detail they put in from the phone call to the arrangement to the personal delivery service! The arrangement is special to me because, after my daughter is done with school she will be off to the Military. Thank you Michelle and your staff for all your attention!

Michelle and her team did a phenomenal job for my husband and I’s wedding. My bouquet was absolutely breathtaking. She gave us exactly what we wanted and more! We are still getting compliments on all of the florals for our wedding and reception. I even changed my mind during the planning process going with a completely different color scheme and she was very accommodating. She never made me feel like a burden and always wanted to make sure I was satisfied with what was decided. We HIGHLY recommend Petals and Co.

Michelle's creations made my wedding flower dreams come true within my budget! Only drawback was that she apparently isn't too good with email b/c after emailing me the estimate and saying I could anything to the order up until the day before she didn't get my email two weeks out saying I wanted to add 4 flowers for the parents for the ceremony.
